UK hotels co-owned by Peter Lim made available to medical workers

Valencia CF majority shareholder Peter Lim has joined the list of those participating in charitable initiatives to help health systems worldwide, making the two hotels that he co-owns in Manchester available to the UK’s National Health Service.
Mr. Lim, who has been in constant contact with Valencia CF since they first took preventative measures regarding the virus on February 28th, is a shareholder of ‘Hotel Football’ and ‘Hotel Stock Exchange’ in the centre of the English city, along with former Manchester United players Gary Neville -an ex-VCF coach- and Ryan Giggs.
Travel bans worldwide have led to a significant downturn in hotel use. At the same time, great strain has been put on the healthcare system. Thus the owners have decided to make around 200 beds available for NHS and other medical staff, free of charge, from Friday.
No hotel staff will be made redundant or required to take unpaid leave.
